How does it all work?
We run our classes in blocks of 5 or 6 weeks accommodating both public holidays and school terms. We have found this is the best way to manage the numbers of clients, guarantee you a spot when you sign up and deliver classes that are effective and work towards your personal goals. It is also cost effective and gives you a good amount of time to assess if we are the right fit for you and your body! So checkout the timetable below, choose what class/classes you want and get in touch, if there is space you will then be saved a spot in that/those particular classes. Please note refunds are not available once you start the block, see bottom of this page for full 'what if I can't attend' details. |

What if I can't attend?
If you have an emergency or illness and you give 24 hours notice we will attempt to find you a space in another class during the same block you have paid for so you can make up that session. If you know before you sign up that there are dates you can not make due to already organised events then we will consider a reduced payment to allow for non attendance of those classes. Once you sign up you need to pay before your first class, if you can not make a class or any of the offered make up classes we apologise but we do not offer refunds or carryovers of make up classes into future blocks. |
