My name is Noa and I have been a Pilates instructor for the past 12 years. From a young age I understood the importance of movement. Along the years, I studied ballet and gymnastics and also participated in swimming competitions in the municipal swimming team.
In 2014 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in Israel, during that time my two children were born.
Combining the knowledge I gained with the experience in community and clinic training using the Pilates method, allowed me to tailor the exercises individually as well as to the trainees as a group.
I believe that movement leads to the breaking of physical and mental boundaries. My goal is making your everyday life movements more functional through fitness along with movement control, flexibility, and core strengthening.
I am so excited and looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you.
